We really think of everyone who walks through our door as family.
A few weeks ago in our Springville store the Manager Michele was just helping another customer, asking how she was, and if everything was going well for her. She had helped this customer many times over the past year and enjoyed her visits to the store. As they talked the woman mentioned "Mark"(the owner) in her conversation. Michele, slightly surprised, asked "Oh you know the owner?" to which the woman replied...."Yes, he is my son".
There was a moment of silence, according to Michele "there was no air left in the store" she thought to herself "Oh my, I've been helping the owners mom all this time and never knew it " and the woman puzzled that she had received exceptional service all this time and she thought it was because she was the owners mom.
We truly look at every customer as if they were our mother, our sister, or our best friend.
Thanks to Michele and "Marks Mom" this is a great story and we pledge that everyone who visits Rod Works will get the Owners Mom treatment!
